How are hours deducted?

By the length you book: a 60-min Aroma Harmony uses 1 hour, a 90-min massage 1.5 hours. Exclusive massages deduct 30 extra minutes, so a 90-min Lava Stone uses 2 hours. Couple and four-hands services use plan time for each therapist: a 60-min couple or four-hands massage uses 2 hours. On a package, a couple service uses one session per guest and a four-hands service one session.

Can my family members share my membership benefits?

Yes. Membership hours can be shared with family and friends and used at all five branches. SE-100 never expires.

Do the hours work in Chirala too?

Yes. Every plan is valid at all five branches, including Soulscape Golden Sands in Chirala.

Is GST extra on a plan?

No. Plan prices include 5% GST: SS30 is ₹30,000 + ₹1,500 = ₹31,500. On single visits, 5% GST is added at billing: ₹3,399 + ₹170 = ₹3,569.
