Are all prices inclusive of GST?
No. Menu prices are before 5% GST, which is added at billing. A 60-min Aroma Harmony is ₹3,399 + ₹170 = ₹3,569.
Should I book my therapy in advance?
Yes, please book in advance. Evenings and weekends fill first; weekday mornings usually have same-day slots. Message us on WhatsApp and we'll find you a time.
Is the spa experience private and comfortable for women?
Every session is in a closed private room with professional draping.
Can couples book a session together?
Yes. Couple Connect is side by side in a couple suite, at Khajaguda, and services for two are at Jubilee Hills, Soulscape Elite - Banjara Hills, Somajiguda and Khajaguda. The Banjara Hills villa also has a suite with a jacuzzi, booked as a 20- or 30-minute add-on for two.
Can my family members share my membership benefits?
Yes. Membership hours can be shared with family and friends and used at all five branches. SE-100 never expires.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please give us at least 12 hours' notice to cancel or move a booking. No-shows and cancellations within 12 hours will incur a cancellation fee.
What should I wear?
For massages, undress to your comfort level: you stay draped with a towel, and only the area being worked on is uncovered. We provide disposable body covers, towels, a robe and slippers, a shower with toiletries, and lockers. For Thai Therapy, wear loose, comfortable clothes.
How old do I need to be?
Services are for guests aged 16 and over. Guests under 18 need a parent or guardian with them.
Should I tell you about health conditions?
Yes. Tell us about pregnancy, allergies, recent injuries or any medical condition when you book. Our services are relaxing and therapeutic, but they are not a substitute for medical care.
How do I pay?
At the branch after your session: cash, UPI, debit or credit card, membership hours or a gift card. GST is added to the menu price at billing, and any offer is applied there too.
