- Service availability
- All spa therapies are subject to professional availability and operational hours.
- Appointment policy
- Booking in advance is essential. Please arrive on time so you receive the full duration of your session.
- Membership validity
- Membership validity starts on the date of purchase and depends on the plan: SS30 is valid for 12 months, SE-100 does not expire. Membership hours can be shared with family and friends and redeemed at any Soulscape branch. Unused hours lapse when a plan expires, and memberships are non-refundable.
- Policy modifications
- SoulScape reserves the right to adjust services, pricing, and policies with appropriate notice.
- Gift cards
- Gift cards are valid for 12 months from purchase. Vouchers can be passed on to someone else. Amount vouchers can be put towards any service and its GST. No cash refunds, and vouchers have no cash value. Please book in advance and mention your voucher when you book.
