What happens in your 45 minutes
A typical session; your therapist adjusts it to you.

- 5–15Prepare the skinA light exfoliation so the wrap works evenly.
- 15–35WrapWarm mineral mud applied over the body, then you're wrapped warm and rest, with a scalp massage.
- 35–42Remove and moisturiseYou shower the wrap off, then a light lotion.
- 42–45RestA few quiet minutes before you get up.

Is it messy?
Not for you. You're wrapped while it sets, and we remove it before you dress.
Are all prices inclusive of GST?
