To respect the sanctuary's serene flow, we request a minimum 12-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. No-shows or late cancellations may incur a nominal fee.

The spa is a sanctuary for adults. Minimum age for treatments is 16 years. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

We provide premium disposable body covers, towels, and slippers for your comfort. Cotton clothing is recommended for foot reflexology sessions.

Your comfort is paramount. We ensure private changing times, individual treatment suites, and professional draping techniques throughout your session.

Prior appointment is highly recommended to ensure your preferred time. Walk-ins are subject to availability. Members receive priority booking privileges.

Please inform our sanctuary team of any medical conditions, allergies, or pregnancy before your treatment. While our treatments are therapeutic, they are not a substitute for medical care.

Management is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings. We recommend leaving valuables in your room or at home.

A brief shower is required before any spa therapy to maintain a hygienic environment for all guests.

Please keep electronic devices on silent mode to maintain the serenity of the spa sanctuary. Gentlemen are advised to shave at least 3 hours before a facial.
