Privacy policy.

What this website collects, why, and the choices you have. Written for the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Last updated October 2026.

Booking: When you book online you go to our booking page, run by Rivon, our booking system. You enter your name and phone number there so we can confirm your visit. If you send a request on WhatsApp instead, your name, the service, branch, day and time go to our WhatsApp.
Analytics, only if you allow them: If you allow them, we use Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion tracking and Microsoft Clarity session recordings (with the My Soulscape page masked). They tell us which pages and buttons work. Until you choose, Google Analytics counts visits without cookies, and Google Ads and Clarity don't load. If you choose "Only essential", none of them runs. We never send them your name, phone number or the text of a message, and we don't share data with Google Ads for ad targeting.
Change your mind: Choose "Privacy choices" at the foot of any page to allow or refuse analytics again. Refusing switches them off straight away and clears their cookies from this site.
On this device: Your branch choice and your privacy choice are kept in your browser's storage. "Nearest first" on the branch list uses your phone's location inside your browser only; it is never sent to us.
Who processes your data: Rivon (bookings and client records), Google (Analytics and Ads), Microsoft (Clarity), Vercel (website hosting), Meta (WhatsApp). Rivon also sends the sign-in and sign-up codes, by WhatsApp or SMS. Each processes it only to provide its service to us.
How long we keep it: Bills and booking records: as long as tax law requires. Client notes: 3 years. Analytics data: 14 months. The sign-in cookie: up to 30 days. A sign-up in progress: up to 15 minutes. Sign-in attempt counts: up to 10 minutes.
Your rights: You can ask to see, correct or erase your personal data, withdraw your consent, or name someone to act for you. Write to Info@soulscapespa.com or message us on WhatsApp. If you aren't satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Sharing: We do not sell, rent or share personal information with third parties for marketing.
Confidentiality: Consultation and therapy details are confidential.
