- Reservations
- Booking your service in advance is essential. Please call 99633 08333 or 99480 80333, or visit a Soulscape outlet: we'll talk through your priorities, guide you through the menu and recommend experiences.
- Minimum age
- At Soulscape, we prioritise a serene and safe environment for all our guests. To ensure a relaxing experience, the minimum age for spa services is 16 years. Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during their visit.
- Cancellation
- We request a minimum of 12 hours' notice if you are unable to keep your appointment. No-shows and cancellations within 12 hours will incur a cancellation fee.
- Spa attire: what you need to know
- At Soulscape, your comfort is our priority. For full-body therapies, we provide disposable one-time-use body covers for your convenience, along with slippers. After your session, you may dispose of these body covers easily. Guests opting to use the shower will be provided with shower gel, shampoo, towels and other essentials. For foot reflexology, we recommend wearing loose cotton clothing to allow easy access during the session.
- Mobile phones & belongings
- To maintain a serene environment, please keep mobile phones on silent. Shelves and cupboards are available in the rooms for your belongings. However, personal items remain the guest's responsibility, so we recommend keeping valuables to a minimum. Relax and enjoy your experience!
- Soulscape privacy: our priority
- Your privacy is our top priority. We ensure that you feel safe and respected at all times during your visit. Our therapists give you private time to change, and during your session you will be draped with body covers for areas not being worked on. Rest assured, your comfort and confidentiality are at the heart of everything we do.
- Professional wellness services
- Soulscape is dedicated exclusively to professional spa and wellness therapies. We maintain a respectful environment focused on relaxation, wellbeing and therapeutic care, and do not offer services beyond our professional wellness practice.
- Health & safety
- Please inform our team of any medical conditions, allergies or pregnancy before your session. While our services are therapeutic, they are not a substitute for medical care.
- Freshen up before your session
- Take a moment to freshen up before your therapy. Fresh towels and changing facilities are available for your comfort.
- Before a facial
- Gentlemen are advised to shave at least 3 hours before a facial.
