Before you come
Book online or on WhatsApp. Arrive about ten minutes early so you can settle in without rushing. Eat lightly beforehand, and skip alcohol on the day.
Tell us when you book if you are pregnant, have high blood pressure, a recent injury or surgery, a skin condition or an allergy. We'll suggest the right service or adjust it.
When you arrive
The front desk confirms your service and length. Your therapist then asks a few quick questions: how much pressure you like, any areas to focus on, and anything to avoid.
Changing and draping
You change in private. For a massage, undress to your comfort level; you lie under a towel, and only the area being worked on is uncovered at any time. If you'd rather keep some clothes on, that's fine too.
For facials and a face de-tan you stay dressed, and we protect your clothes and hair.
During the massage
- Say “lighter” or “firmer” at any point. Your therapist would rather you say so.
- Talking is fine, and so is silence. Many guests drift off; that's fine.
- If anything feels uncomfortable, say so straight away. You can stop at any time.
Afterwards
Take a few quiet minutes before you get up, then pay at the desk, where GST is added to the menu price and any offer is applied. Drink water through the day and keep the evening slow if you can.
