It depends on why you come
- To unwind: once a month.
- Desk-back, stiff neck and shoulders: every 2 to 3 weeks for the first couple of months, then monthly.
- Running, gym or sport: every 2 to 4 weeks, and not the day before a big event.
- Before a wedding: one massage a few days before, and a facial or de-tan a few days before that.
Signs it's time to come back
Your shoulders creep up towards your ears again, you wake up stiff, or the knot your therapist worked on is back. Book before it builds up; regular, shorter visits often do more than a long one after months away.
Mix it up
Regular guests often alternate: a deep tissue or Thai massage for the stiffness, then a gentler Swedish or aromatherapy massage the next time. Tell your therapist what has changed since your last visit and they will plan the session around it.
Keeping it affordable
If you come every month or more, a membership brings the hourly price down. You prepay hours once and book them at any branch, and the calculator on the membership page shows what you'd save for your own visits.
