Scrubs: for smoothness
A scrub is exfoliation for the whole body: a gentle grainy mix worked over the skin in circles, then rinsed away. The skin is left smooth and takes moisturiser better afterwards.
- Almond Scrub: gentle, nourishing, good for dry skin.
- Apricot Scrub: a classic, slightly firmer polish.
- Mint Scrub: cooling and fresh, lovely in summer.
- Charcoal scrub: a deep-cleansing feel for oily or congested skin.
Wraps: for softness and glow
In a wrap, a mask is spread over the body and you're wrapped warmly while it works, then it's rinsed off.
- Radiance Wrap: for brightness, before an event or after a holiday.
- Detoxifying mud wrap: warm mud for skin that feels smooth and refreshed. The name is traditional; it won't remove toxins, but it feels wonderful.
- Paraffin wrap: warm wax that seals in moisture, ideal for very dry hands, feet and elbows.
Which order
Scrub first, then wrap, then massage, if you're doing more than one. Our combos put a massage and a scrub, or a massage, scrub and facial, into one visit.
Aftercare
- Avoid hot sun, swimming pools and waxing for a day.
- Moisturise that evening and the next morning.
- Don't scrub at home for a few days.
