Why a tan builds up so fast
Hyderabad gets strong sun for most of the year, and a daily commute, a weekend outdoors or a beach trip to Chirala adds up. The skin responds by making more pigment, and the tired top layer makes it look duller still.
What a de-tan does
It exfoliates gently and applies a brightening pack, so the outer, tanned layer looks lighter and the skin feels smoother. It won't change your natural skin tone, and it's not a bleach; it brings back the even colour you had before the sun.
Which one to book
- Face & Neck: 30 minutes, for everyday exposure.
- Face+Neck+Hands: 45 minutes, for drivers and two-wheeler riders whose hands tan most.
- Full Body: 75 minutes, after a holiday or before a wedding.
- A Brightening Facial afterwards adds glow for an event.
How often
Every three to four weeks in the sunny months is plenty. Leave at least two weeks between a full-body de-tan and a body scrub.
Keeping it
- Sunscreen every morning, SPF 30 or more, even on cloudy days; reapply if you're outside.
- Cover your arms on a two-wheeler.
- Avoid sun and waxing for a day after your visit.
